The driver: trending news editor Edward Burnett wrote ~250 bylines in August (about half the site's 20 million page views), built around celebrities with Oxfordshire links - Jeremy Clarkson, the Beckhams, the royals - and Google Discover, where the title ranks 11th in the UK.
