The Economist ran 50 pilot shows before launching its premium video strand Insider, executive editor Andrew Palmer said, and is now trialing a lower-priced "Play" tier for audio and video in Canada, Denmark, Norway and Sweden, with the whole Insider section sponsored by AI company Anthropic.
