AdExchanger's roundup flags a hostile stretch for public ad tech: Innovid and Integral Ad Science have been delisted via acquisition, and rumours now swirl around a Criteo take-private after its market cap dropped below $1bn. Separately, Business Insider's traffic has cratered from a 95 million monthly-unique peak in 2021 to 21 million in 2026, and CEO Christian Baesler says its 38 million-subscriber YouTube channels are "under-monetized". Sens. Tammy Baldwin and Rick Scott also wrote to the FTC flagging Amazon's Alexa and Walmart's Sparky chatbots over US-origin product information.
